“It began late as apparently the driver forgot to collect us. So we had a taxi taking us to the van where all the group was. The guide was pleasant. Hors riding was for 15 min and was just in a form of round circle in the farm, the food was good, the people are welcoming. Dancing was fun. It was a nice experience overall.”

“This may have been the worst tour I've ever been on. Overpriced, lack of activities, and no direction from the tour guides. Here is what the real itinerary is: You'll hop onto the bus at either your hotel or a pickup point. From there, the group takes the bus for about 40 or so minutes to the ranch. The ranch itself looks like it was built solely for the purpose of taking in tours. Immediately after getting off the bus, you're told to go eat an empanada and have wine. “The polo match is far from the city crowds. The food is delicious. Wine is plentiful. The horses are beautiful and the teams are friendly. A personal guide tells you all about the game. (He plays polo internationally as well. ) Polo matches are exciting to watch. The horses gallop breathtakingly fast and close to the wall of the arena. You get to throw the ball in to start each chucka and end each one by ringing a loud brass bell. I’ve loved horses all of my life So glad I could experience this.”

The app told us that pick up was possible, but we got an email telling us it was not (still pick up from the hotel was shown in the app). We also got three different times for pick up in the app, on email and via a phone call to our hotel. Besides of that, the day was great! Riding was nice, although designed for riders with little experience. It was a sunny day, and lots of pictures were taken. They had many animals on the farm, also peacocks and other birds.…”
